PyData is a group for users and developers of data analysis tools to share ideas
and learn from each other. We gather to discuss how best to apply Python tools,
as well as those using R and Julia (and others), to meet the evolving challenges
in data management, processing, analytics, and visualization.

Audience
--------
Data engineers and data scientists. Our talks vary in each meetup, sometimes
we’ll talk about general algorithms, sometimes about specific use cases and
sometimes about a specific software package. Our meetups are not aimes
exclusively for Python users but more broadly software developers and
researchers in the field of data science, statistics and machine learning.

Monthly throughout the year. We also organise a PyData conference once a year
usually early summer.
